River Lodge is an attractive new construction that’s perfect for a family vacation and group getaways. The front entrance of the lodge opens into a comfortable open living area featuring a cathedral ceiling and a cozy river-rock wood-burning fireplace. The spacious, newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped, and provides a perfect hub for gathering, with six hefty barstools along the huge granite-topped island.
The kitchen opens to a lovely large living and dining room area with a cathedral ceiling, a large rough-cut limestone propane fireplace, and large windows all around to take in the landscaped grounds and natural setting. There is more than ample seating for everyone to gather in the large living room, and the dining table seats up to 6 people.
From the kitchen, French doors open to a large patio with a private hot tub. The huge, beautifully landscaped yard features a lovely rock fire pit area, and from the far end of the yard, a pleasant trail through the woods leads to River Lodge’s private, sandy beach on the Wenatchee River.
The Primary Bedroom is located on the main floor, featuring a propane river rock fireplace, French doors leading to the patio, and an ensuite bathroom.
A second bedroom is also located on the main floor, with a full bath across the hall, a queen bed with a log-style headboard, and an extra twin bed with a trundle underneath (Max occupants 2 per room).
Upstairs opens to a large loft that functions as a TV/REC room and includes a hide-a-bed couch and a walled-off space with an extra twin bunk bed.
The upstairs bedroom features a balcony and includes two twin beds and a twin bunk bed (Max occupants 2 per room).
The upstairs bathroom is a 3/4 bath with double sinks and two doors accessible from the loft or the bedroom.
