With 4 bedrooms plus a loft and 3.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out in this deluxe property. This townhome is in a great location for skiing in the winter (only one block from the Snowflake Lift) and summer as well, with numerous beautiful mountain trails surrounding the property. You’re also just across the street from the free shuttle stop so getting to and from downtown is a breeze. The living area has comfortable furniture surrounding a gorgeous gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. Big windows fill the living area with natural light and provide great views. It all makes for the perfect place to relax after a long day of enjoying the Rocky Mountains of Breckenridge. The upstairs loft is the perfect place for the kids to enjoy a movie while you watch the game on the big screen in the main living area. There’s even a nice deck with mountain views and a private hot tub where you can enjoy the starry nights the Rocky Mountains are famous for. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a home-cooked meal, and the attached dining areas have seating for 8 with more room at the breakfast counter. There’s also a one-car garage and full laundry area so you’ll have everything you need if you decide to extend your stay.
