Summary: Incredible location and great communication with owners. Property bathrooms are dated, rust, leaky pipes, clogged master sink. Broken bathroom drawers, dirty stove, torn lamp shade, Curtain rod broken and tied to ceiling, front door is rusted with peeling exterior. One reserved parking space. Close proximity to area attractions.
