Summary: This property was even better than the pictures. Safe and picturesque neighborhood less than 10 mins from downtown Iowa City and campus. Very clean, well-laid out, with adorable front porch/backyard and nice walking path throughout the neighborhood. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend.
