Overlooking Washington Gulch and situated on almost 1.5 acres, this spacious 5 bedroom/4.5 bath home offers the ideal mountain setting: a wandering creek, expansive unobstructed mountain views and plenty of room for the whole extended family to spread out. The quiet cul de sac location offers plenty of privacy from neighbors, magnificent views, and a convenient location to base out of for year round mountain adventures.
Tastefully appointed & meticulously maintained, this home offers an open floor plan that is perfect larger groups. The main floor living, kitchen & dining offers a spacious great room with vaulted ceilings, beautiful timber trusses & a warm, welcoming fireplace that opens onto a generous covered deck, overlooking the creek. The well-appointed kitchen is complete with top-of-the-line stainless appliances, custom cherry cabinetry & granite countertops - a chef's delight. Every small appliance you can think of has been provided, including a kitchenaid mixer. On the this level is a private master suite and bath finished with an oversized jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower & gorgeous views. Upstairs, there are two additional guest bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with two twin bunk beds. These share a full bathroom with a layout that accommodates several people at the same time. A dedicated workspace is also located on this floor.
Downstairs from the main living space, you'll discover two guest suites w/king beds and a generous family/media room that opens to an outdoor space and hot tub. Other amenities include jacuzzi tubs in each bath, central vacuum, multiple decks, paved driveway, charcoal grill, spacious mud room & laundry, and a 2 car garage.
There is a pack n play, sheets, a clip on baby chair and bouncy seat type infant chair.
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
You'll enjoy access to hiking, biking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, fishing, swimming at Long Lake and so much more right outside your front door. We do recommend 4WD in the winter to access the home. This property is located 4.3 miles from the Town of Crested Butte and 3.6 miles to Mount Crested Butte. All of our properties have a 5 night minimum for the main summer of 6/26-8/8/2026 until 1/1/2026 at which point our minimum night stays will be reduced to 3 nights.
Renters 25 years and older are welcome. Children with their parent or guardian are always welcome.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

Meridian Lake is a subdivision off Washington Gulch Road. It’s a beautiful setting with national forest boundaries and ranches around you. A recreationalists dream, you are minutes from snowmobiling and nordic skiing in the winter and swimming at Long Lake and the end of the coveted Snodgrass Trail in the summer. Only 8 minutes to the base area of the mountain and to the town of Crested Butte.
Getting Around:
You will need a car. You might prefer to have AWD or 4WD but it is not necessary in the summer. 4WD or AWD is necessary in winter months.
