Roads:
The roads can get muddy when it has been raining. We do recommend bringing a SUV/Truck preferably 4x4 on rainy days. After two days of sunshine the roads should be dried up and a car (2wd) should be able to get to the property with ease.
Electricity:
Our house is powered by solar with a small generator as backup. We ask that you be mindful with how much electricity you use while at your stay. If you need to use the generator please turn off when no longer occupying.
We do provide a Nespresso coffee machine, small electric heater, electric skillet, and mini waffle maker. Remember that these DRAIN the battery so please only use one item at a time.
Water/Shower:
We do provide hot running water all year long. We run our water off a water tank outside and a small propane water heater. We ask that you please keep your showers no longer than 5 minutes.
Pets:
We do allow pets for a fee per pet (this will be applied at check out) Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a $100 penalty. Please, we kindly ask no pets on the furniture.

EXTRA FEES:
- Missing items will result in a fee per item
- This is a non smoking home, smoking will result in a $300 fine

- Any stains, unnecessary amount of dirt or waste that will be needed to be deep cleaned by our housekeepers will result to a $150 fine on top of cleaning costs.

- No wifi but if you have verizon, at&t, t-mobile, you should have service.
- All fires are responsible by guests to be put out safely.
