Please do not smoke inside of the unit. There are sensors that can detect smoke in the house. If it is detected, you will be fined $500. You are welcome to smoke outside on the back patio or in the screen porch lounge.
This unit is located on the basement level. The temperature can be adjusted per the guests requests using a in home nest system.
In the summer the basement unit is the perfect place to escape the DC summer humidity!
In the winter central heat flows through the unit. Space heaters can be provided to guests upon requests.
Please only run the space heaters while you are present and keep everything away from the space heaters while they run.
