Summary: Room was fine and quiet, but the front desk attendants seriously need some training. The biggest issue was while I was using an empty meeting room to have a Zoom meeting in the middle of the day, the front desk woman was really out of bounds. I travel almost nonstop and have never had anyone throttle me over an empty conference room before. She threatened to charge me if I didn't leave right then. I had no problem with leaving, it was just that she was so loud and domineering at every turn our entire stay. We left and spent a grand staying somewhere down the street because of the bad guest service.
