This private and quiet neighborhood is fitting for couples and families who enjoy the North Idaho active lifestyle. Guests have access to the community dock on Lake Pend Oreille (no overnight boat moorage please) and can enjoy swimming and incredible views here. Enjoy a volley of tennis or play a game of 'HORSE' at the basketball hoop. A vaulted, original stone tower from the land's agricultural heritage has been preserved and sentries a large grass field, picnic area and gazebo with porch swing.
