First time available. Beautiful modern home located on the water in Long Point Cove of Conesus Lake with over 50 feet of lakefront. This breath taking home is located on the border of Long Point Park, which offers a large amount of green space for outdoor activities
and family fun. The home has off street parking on a dead end street. Located 6 miles from the Village of Geneseo. Enjoy relaxing and grilling on the spacious custom patio which includes a fire pit while kids enjoy the small pebble beach. Kayaks are included but bring your boat to keep at our private dock! The kitchen is supplied with all the necessary needs, and the cozy living room has an astonishing view of the lake and includes a gas fireplace for chilly nights. Office/Den has a pull-out sofa with a privacy door. First floor master bedroom with modern bathroom has a king sized bed. Second floor has 2nd bedroom with queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed with an adjoining room that includes 2 full beds and a twin bed. This home is the perfect place to make memories that will last forever.
