The lower level has one bedroom, one bath with living room, dining room and apartment size kitchen. It also has a separate exterior entrance as well as interior staircase. Both spaces have nice furnishings and comfortable queen mattresses. There is a cozy, natural gas free standing fire place. A full new washer and drier are also available in the laundry room just off the main floor bathroom. Deer are often seen wondering through the property! Bozeman Deaconess Hospital and Montana State University are both very close by…There is a five minute drive to downtown Bozeman, twenty five minutes to Bridger Bowl ski area and a twenty five minute drive to Yellowstone International Airport.
