The Space:
This is a gorgeous 6 bedroom mansion (duplex) with a unique courtyard to die for. Quintessential Leadville - this home was owned by John McCombe, city Alderman and wealthy mine owner in 1878. The home is 3 blocks from main st. with access to shops, restaurants. And on the opposite side it's a few minutes walk from the entrance to the mineral trail. Perfect for large groups or two groups looking to share a house.

West Wing:
- Primary Bedroom
The primary bedroom has a King size bed with luxurious pillows, a private en-suite bathroom and separate shower.
- Queen Bedroom
The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, on the opposite side of the wing, giving all bedrooms plenty of privacy
- Living Room/ Kitchen
The living room is large and spacious - great for a family to gather around and play games or watch a movie on Netflix or HBO. The sofa is also a sleeper sofa, which is great for additional guests or the kids.

East Wing:
- King Bedroom
The left most bedroom is a King room with a bathroom that has a bath tub/jacuzzi
- Queen Room
There is a queen room on the second floor with a private en suite bathroom right at the bottom of the stairs
- Queen room 2
This room is on the ground floor next to the kitchen/ dining room. It shares a bathroom with the upstairs room
- Upstairs kids room
This room has 3 beds - one queen and 2 twins. Perfect for the kids or for friends willing to share a loft style space. Shares a bathroom on the main floor with the queen room

Guest Access:
You have access to anything in the house! Help yourself to anything in the kitchens except . Make yourself at home!

The Neighborhood:
The location of Cloud City Castle is one of the main reasons we chose to manage it - it's amazing! You're only 2 blocks from Harrison Street, Leadville's Main Street, but the neighborhood itself is quiet, peaceful and safe. The house has a private courtyard with a hot tub and plenty of indoor space!

Getting Around:
Located just 2 blocks from Main street means that most places in town can be reached by foot.

There is free street parking right in front of the house, but you can catch a bus in town to Copper Mountain and to the Frisco Transit Center.

There is an additional dog fee if you are bringing a pet (2 pets max) - $100 for one, $200 for two.

Note: under no circumstances can you leave your pet(s) unattended at the property - there are doggy day care/ dog boarding options or take your pet with you! Violations of this may be met with a $100 fine or we may ask you to check-out early.

If it snows more than several inches, look for snow removal signs to make sure you don't violate any temporary parking rules.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
