Ample parking is available for multiple vehicles, as well as your boat or ATV trailer. The upstairs has good limited-mobility access, while the lower-level, mother-in-law quarters, accessed through the garage, is fully wheelchair accessible.
You'll be located just off West Mountain Road, within a short walk from Cascade Lake and local boat docks. Cascade proper is only six miles away, with dining, shopping, golf, and the Cascade Recreation Center with its outdoor, geothermal pool. Step right out the back door of this home to access thousands of acres of national forest. Hike to several nearby mountain lakes, or ride your ATV, motorcycle, or bicycle right off the property to access several forest trails. Watch the deer and elk frequent the salt block out back, and bring your binoculars for birdwatching. Or take an evening stroll along the shore of Cascade Reservoir, only a five-minute walk from this property. In winter, snowmobilers can ride right off the property to access hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails and thousands of acres of mountain powder via the Anderson Creek snowpark.
For your enjoyment, the interior has all the comforts of home, including a gas fireplace, jetted tub, Ninja coffee bar, partial air conditioning, cable TV, and a large selection of DVDs to choose from. Both the upstairs and downstairs are equipped with full kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces, and each has a flatscreen TV with a DVD player. Several board games are also provided for your entertainment. Each unit has a private outdoor furnished deck for taking in the great outdoors. Parking notes: Summer :There are two driveways. One is just before the home, which circles around the home to the west where you may park many cars and trailers. The driveway on the north side of the home can fit 3 vehicles. Winter : May need chains as Drive may get icey, Plow cannot access if there are cars in drive - if you want plowed move all vehicles. Parking on Westmountain for snowmobile trailers. Will not be able to get trailers in drive.
Dock details: Boat docks are located less than 1 mile away.
