This NSB 2/2 periwinkle is situated less than 2 blocks from the beach on 18th Avenue and boasts an updated kitchen and a beautiful screened in pool! Unlike many of the original periwinkles, this sweet little beach home feels bright and open and has enough space to accommodate guests/family, while still being perfect for 2. Enjoy cooking at home in this large kitchen and dining room that easily seats 6-8 people and flows through sliders to the screened pool. The well-stocked kitchen also has window access to a counter in the pool area. Tile and terrazzo floors throughout keep this space clean and easy to maintain. The bright living room has a sofa, two comfy chairs, and a large tv. Both bedrooms have queen beds and storage. Master bedroom has a tv and en-suite bath with a shower. Master bedroom and bath also flow to the pool through slider doors. Out front there is a small porch and carport for your car. Washer/Dryer is in utility room off carport.
