Our cute 300 sq.ft. private studio is a connected to the back of our home and is a perfect space for a weekend getaway or an extended stay! We've made perfect use of the space with a queen bed. We also have a 4" thick full-size memory foam floor mattress for additional guest sleeping. It's equipped with a full bathroom, large closet, new washer/dryer combo and a kitchenette for your cooking needs. The space also meets up to the large backyard and patio area for your use as well!
The proximity of our home is very close to the Knox light rail station (6 minute walk) and the Paco Sanchez bike path which leads you directly downtown!

Summary: Great stay overall. The host was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. The place was quiet, cute, clean, well decorated, and in a great location. As others have said in reviews, it would be nice to have a small dresser or somewhere to put our clothes or even just space to set our luggage on besides the dining chairs or the table. I believe the listing says there is a queen and a full bed, but there is indeed only one bed. I don't believe it is a queen, but I could be wrong. The bed was a little more firm than we are used to, but that is no fault of the owner. Sheets and bedding were clean and very soft, and of good quality. Otherwise, all of the details have been thought of. Dishes and basic small kitchen appliances, coffee maker, washer/dryer unit, soap/shampoo/conditioner, and plenty of plugs and USB ports on/in the night stands. Really easy to get downtown either by car or bike. There was always plenty of street parking, even on the days that one side of the road had to be clear for street sweeping. We really enjoyed our stay!
