Colorado weather can range significantly. While often lovely, the area is prone to harsher weather with storms and wind, and can receive heavy snowfall during winter months. We recommend 4WD/AWD.
Cell phone reception in the area varies by carrier. The cabin wifi signal is strong and can accommodate house guests and streaming devices.
There are trash cans in the root cellar directly adjacent to the cabin. For safety purposes, please ensure all trash is put in the bins and the door is shut. Trash left outside will be accessed by wildlife, and may cause damage or spread garbage as a result.

-Fire Restrictions: Wild fires are common in Colorado, so we require all guests to check local fire restrictions before using the fire pit and grill.
