Beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom apartment overlooking downtown Chadron. Located on the second story (no elevator) of a Historic building renovated in 2019. We are in the heart of downtown and within steps of the movie theater, coffee shops and many restaurants.
Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops (finished in 2021). The Master Bedroom has a master bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bathroom is spacious and has heated tile for our cold Nebraska winters. The washer and dryer are located in the second bathroom also. There is a dining area with four chairs and comfortable living room. The space is decorated with refurbished original pieces from the building (utilizing radiators, windows, wood, ceiling tiles, banisters, and more) and photos of the local area. The apartment is approximately 1000 square feet total with a private entrance from Main Street. Owners live across the hallway.

Summary: Beautiful, exactly like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts were there if needed but not intrusive. We were there for our grandson's football game so it was perfect for an after-game get together with family. It was within walking distance to restaurants, bars, bakeries, a movie theater....many different amenities.
