Hit the beach and play in the waves while you stay in our upper level (no one above you!) sunny and chic 1 bedroom condo located just steps away from the breathtaking Ocean & a short stroll to the swim friendly Ocean & Bay. This property features ocean views from the large shared patio, Smart TV, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and an extremely comfortable Queen size bed (Maximum occupancy 4, 2 adults max). Note-There is no door to the bedroom.

Enter through the secure gate and head upstairs (no one above you!) to your bright & sunny 1 bedroom ocean view condo! You will enjoy the spacious 1 bedroom condo with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, quartz counters, vinyl flooring, cozy furniture and Smart TV with all your favorite apps. The Queen bed is very comfortable, and there is a pull out sofa bed and a twin size rollaway cot for the kids, perfect for a family of 4!

- GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
- OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
- NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

Summary: The condo is conveniently located right off the beach with an ocean view! It is the perfect size for a couple or couple with a couple of kids. The place had everything you would need for a stay. Kitchen is so convenient with full size appliances. Only thing missing is a dishwasher but wasn’t a big deal. Only complaint is that the towels are not soft at all. Would stay again any time!!
