Summary: Convenient to downtown and waterfront. Grocery nearby. Accommodated our group of 7, but 2 bedrooms were downstairs, so not as good for seniors like us. Nicely decorated, but a few items needed maintenance or upgrades. Host was pleasant and plans improvements. Dogs allowed, neighborhood quiet & good for walks. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. VRBO should make it easier to get info and contact host directly. Physical instructions at the property for TV, appliances & check-out requirements would be preferable to digital, especially for seniors.
