Summary: Noisy refrigerator, I mean extremely noisy, it sounded like a farm truck. The room door swelled when it opened. It was so hard to get it after inserting the key card. I had to line-back my shoulder into it to open it. Need ice? Nope, they told me to go to the Holiday Inn which is also owned by IHG. Their ground level ice-machine was broke and I had to go to the 3rd floor.
