This oasis is cozy yet spacious, ideally located in North Boulder on a cul-de-sac along a lovely path that leads to stunning greenspace surrounding Wonderland Lake in the Rocky Mountain Foothills. Walk to shops, restaurants and cafes, including locally owned Lucky's Market, Cafe and Bakeshop, as well as to hiking trails leading right up into the Foothills. Spot deer on your sunset stroll. This sanctuary of a home is centrally located and a 5 minute drive to Pearl Street!

Summary: Wonderful place to stay in Boulder. Owner was friendly and responsive. The home was spacious and clean - and located near many restaurants, shopping, and Boulder attractions. We highly recommend the Boulder Sanctuary!
