1) If you are driving - feel free to park in the driveway (or in the garage - reminder there is no exterior garage door opener, or garage door clicker - so you'll have to open the door from the interior of the garage)
2) Quiet hours in the neighborhood are 10p-7a. Please be quiet after 10p (if you are outside) or take your fun inside.
3) We are on a septic - pls do NOT throw anything other than Toilet Paper down the toilet; and NO food products in the kitchen sink
4) Wind: There are certain times of the year, mostly in the Fall and Winter seasons, when the wind can be quite fierce. Gusts of wind can reach 50-60 MPH. It might be a little noisy but no need to worry. Make sure there are no loose items on the decks. During windy seasons we tie the deck chairs together so that they don’t move.
5) House Rules:
-We prefer if you take off your shoes, but we understand thats not always possible
-Smoking is allowed outside (no smoking in the house).
-Wash any dishes that you use
-You can have other people over, but please ask us beforehand...We wont say no - we just want to know who is here
