Big house at the Beach. 1929 Colonial Revival Home in Bluff Park Historic District. Beautiful 5 Bedroom home on Magnolia Tree lined street, two blocks from the beach & just one mile from the Convention Center. Several restaurants and coffee houses are easily walkable within minutes.
Long Beach Airport is a short 12 minutes from our home and LAX just about 40 minutes. If you're driving or renting a car our driveways give you plenty of off street parking.
Beautiful spacious interior with all the comforts of home. Just minutes from Belmont Shore shops, bars and restaurants, downtown night life, Long Beach Convention Center, Shoreline Village, The Queen Mary, Aquarium Of The Pacific, Catalina Landing, outlet shopping, and more. Rent bikes to ride the beach bike path or around town, or an electric scooter if you're so inclined.
Long Beach is centrally located and a perfect base camp for those wanting to venture out to see the sights of Southern California. Located 1/2 to an hour drive from most attractions (too numerous to mention) in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

Summary: Clean home and great place to stay. We stayed here during a work conference at the LB convention center. It is close and convenient. Tim was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable, including beach gear. Highly recommend!
