Tucked between the Weber River & Wasatch Mountains, 18 mins from the public Snowbasin ski resort, 5 mins from the WPR private luxury residential mountain community, and 45 minutes from the Powder Haven private luxury residential mountain community. Completely renovated in 2023, this unique building is 3,000 square feet of historic charm and modern amenity. This listing includes exclusive use of the entire property. 6 guests are permitted on-site from 10pm-8am during the reservation. Larger group use for private events require separate event rental. The second story of the property has a 1,500 square foot sanctuary with 13-foot rounded ceilings and includes a living and dining area, along with a gourmet chef’s kitchen on the sanctuary stage (perfect for private chef’s and caterers), and a spa-like bathroom with an oversized and extra-deep Moroccan copper bathtub. The upstairs level also includes a chesterfield sofa with a queen sized sofa bed. The 1,500 square foot downstairs level has a gear storage closet perfect for skis, snowboards, boots, helmets, fishing rods, and is equipped with electric heated boot dryers and gear-drying racks. The downstairs level boasts a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom guest wing, and includes a lounge area and TV, along with a euro sized kitchen and guest laundry room. Each bedroom has a queen bed and its own en-suite or dedicated bathroom, and includes designer furnishings, linens, fixtures, toiletries, bath salts, hair dryers and towels.
Guests will also enjoy the 8-person hot tub and displays of one of a kind eclectic, vintage, and handmade original fine art and objects gathered from around the globe.
