Very close in rental location which is only one mile from downtown. It boasts a walkscore of 92 and bike score of 98 so it doesn't get much better in terms of getting around town even without a vehicle. Unit was recently remodeled with hardwoods and tile but its really looking great. There is 2 bedrooms and one bathroom but we will have a couple of air mattresses in case additional guests will be staying there. We are just getting the property running so I'm open to suggestions on things that are needed but at this point we have sheets, towls, soaps, cleaning supplies, paper towels, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, hangers
