A perfect getaway for outdoor enthusiasts or those who want to take in the relaxing setting of the mountains and Grand Lake.
The Space:
Inside:
Upon walking in, you'll immediately be greeted by the open space and abundance of natural light. Decorated with a modern cozy cabin feel, you'll sink right into the lakeside lifestyle. Relax by the fireplace or enjoy TV w/ complimentary Direct TV or Hulu TV, ESPN+ or Disney+. Our fully stocked kitchen overlooks our large dining table, making entertaining the family a breeze. A downstairs master bedroom is conveniently located on the main floor, equipped with a Queen bed, Casper pillows, and a Smart TV (Featuring Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+)! The Ensuite bathroom doubles as a guest bathroom w/ a separate entrance from the hallway and is a jetted bathtub! It also has grab rails for those needing the extra assistance.
Head upstairs into our loft which boasts additional entertaining or sleeping space (TV w/ Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ and a Futon Sofa with linens and pillows). The first bedroom upstairs is equipped with a King size bed, Casper Pillows and Smart TV and the second bedroom a twin bunk w/Casper pillows. The 2nd bathroom is conveniently located on the 2nd floor.
Outside:
Our front deck has seating to enjoy a morning cup of joe while taking in the view of the lake and a grill large enough to cook for the family! Don't be surprised if you see a Moose nearby enjoying the scenery with you! When you're ready to get out and explore, walk (yes, walk!) to Trail Ridge Marina to rent kayaks, canoes, or paddle boards to use at Grand Lake. Grand Lake and the surrounding area has so many outdoor activities, you'll want to book long enough to get to them all! Enjoy fly fishing, lake fishing, hiking at Rocky National Park or Arapahoe National Forest, World-Class Snowmobiling, Nordic Skiing, Snowshoeing and more!
Please note: The ramp leading to the home makes the entrance of our cabin handicap accessible or helpful for those who prefer to avoid the stairs.
Guest Access:
Our entire home is available to guests. Self-checkin instructions will be sent 48 hours before your stay.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car w/ 4WD during winter months and at minimum AWD year round.

There are no parties or events allowed at the rental.
PETS
We are a pet friendly rental. We charge a $100 non refundable pet accommodation fare during your stay. Please inquire about multiple pets, cats or a multiple month stay.
NO SMOKING
There is no smoking of any kind inside of our home. This includes, vaping, cigarettes, marijuana and cigars. If you smoke outside, it is imperative that you dispose of your cigarette in ashtray or a disposable cup with water. Colorado is a dry climate. Risk of fire is extremely high!
CHILDPROOFING
Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house and accepts the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund.
