There's plenty of parking and a large front and back yard. The place is fully furnished with pretty much everything you need to live and work very comfortably.
The gorgeous large open living room has a great office set-up that includes a new sit-stand motorized desk along with a high-end 38" Dell Widescreen Monitor. There're two printers (one for black/white printing, the other is full color). There's a big screen TV w/various online subscriptions available via Roku, super fast Internet/Wi-Fi and two comfy couches to relax on. An amazing view looking onto the front lawn completes it.
There's a fully equipped large open kitchen that you will easily picture yourself cooking up amazing meals. Eat those delicious meals either on the kitchen island or in the adjoining Dining Area.
The first bedroom has a Queen size mattress and a full mirrored closet to put all your clothes and luggage. The second bedroom is the master suite. A huge open area with a brand new Queen bed, fun colorful end tables, a dresser, two fully mirrored closets and even a second desk and work area if needed. There's also a laundry room with a full sized high-end washer and dryer.
All utilities, including power, water, sewer, gas, garbage/recycling pickup, plus Internet. We're currently looking for a 2-6 month tenant (current availability is from today thru July 20th 2025).
