2 Bedroom Apartment in Monument

2019 built home with newly completed walk out rental unit. Features include a king bedroom with memory foam mattress and nice linens. Tiles bath w/shower Studio area includes a wine bar, full stainless steel refrigerator, and mini kitchen. The relaxation room hosts a barn door entertainment center and ample seating arrangements. 2nd bedroomThe central room has a day bed which slides out to make another king size bed or two twins.
Walking in or out of this unit is covered by the deck above. Monument Lake is just out our back yard fence double gate. We have kayaks paddles and life jackets available. We live upstairs on the main level! Central A/C was installed in September 2019. Located just 1/2 mile from downtown Historic Monument and all it has to offer, plus just a 10 minute drive to Palmer Lake village, 20 minutes to Castle Rock Outlet shopping, 20 minutes to Garden of the Gods, Manatou Springs, and Old Colorado City and many other wonderful attractions . 2nd bedroom has Queen size sleeps 2. Additional daybed in central area also sleeps 2.

Summary: It was an amazing place to stay! When we arrived there were snacks and drinks sitting out to greet us. It was very nice and clean and plenty of space to move around. The back patio and scenery were the biggest highlight! Being right on the lake, it never got loud, police monitor constantly. We felt so welcomed and comfortable the entire time. Theresa and Steve were amazing host and we enjoyed great conversation with them both.
