Welcome to Seashore Cottage on the beach at Lagoon Point where the rainfall is half that of Seattle. We are located on 60' of low bank waterfront on the west side of Whidbey Island only 30 minutes north of the Clinton Ferry Terminal.
Enjoy everything Whidbey Island has to offer from this luxuriously-appointed 3-bedroom home. Our home was recently remodeled by a local interior designer and is filled with thoughtful touches, including premium linens, eclectic antiques and one-of-kind custom fixtures.
The home has two bathrooms, washer and dryer, gas fireplace and WiFi. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and heated towel rack. The cozy den includes a TV and comfortable couch for rainy day movie watching. Experience the ease of cooking on the new induction cooktop in the open-concept kitchen.

We're minutes from hiking trails in South Whidbey State Park, historic Fort Casey, walking trails at Greenbank Farm and other beaches. Farther out, explore local wineries and picturesque beach towns Coupeville and Langley. The opportunities to get out and explore are endless - but we also designed the home to be the perfect retreat - no need to go much farther than the beach out the back door.
