Uniquely situated right on Mission Bay, this extra large one level penthouse takes advantage of indoor/outdoor living with its panoramic views of Mission Bay & Mission Bay Park. Encompassing the entire 3rd floor of the building, complete with its own private elevator, this home is a favorite among the locals with its unique northeasterly orientation to maximize views and wrap around deck. 10 ft. ceilings and a great floor plan add to the perfect orientation to be able to enjoy views from most every room. Enjoy cooking in the upgraded kitchen with its stainless steel dual convection oven & ceramic cook top.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay. Location was great, beach and restaurants within quick walking distance. Balcony was great to sit out on. Was a quiet and safe neighborhood.
