Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The room provided was comfortable and very spacious. Had we booked later on in the Cherry Blossom season it would have been even more enjoyable.

Negative: Had to ask multiple members of staff about keys and why the door was not locking with the one provided. Staff seemed very helpful but somewhat stressed (at high tea we didn't receive our Sparkling High Tea, and were told it would be delivered to our room later - this did not happen). Ate at the Restaurant that evening, my partner and I joked about how the Fathers Day Weekend Music Playlist was purely depressed Dad-Rock.

Summary: Not what I had expected, but a nice time nonetheless
