This newly remodeled historical house is located in the Garden District which is in a prime location to walk to downtown, midtown, and the lake! You have great restaurants , shopping, and the lake all within walking distance.
The main floor consist of an office, living room, dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms (king and queen) . The top floor has the master loft with king bed and a bathroom. The walk out basement is unfinished. It has a great private backyard with BBQ.

Summary: House was exactly as described. Just a short walk away from restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay and used both the indoor and outdoor dining areas.
