Entering the property through the auto driveway gate you are greeted with a distant view of Canyon Lake and the beautiful Texas Hill County in all directions. The home's hill top location boasts an elevation of over 1000 ft above sea level, offering it's guests gorgeous unobstructed panoramic views of the Hill Country's canyons, hills and valleys below. The views from the back deck patio are truly some of the best in Texas. Backing up to designated Wildlife Preservation Area properties this property regularly gets visited by Whitetail Deer, Wild Turkeys, Red Foxes, Roadrunners, and lots of other critters. The wildlife you will see on this property is remarkable.
The home itself is a large, updated, and newly furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The open floorplan living and kitchen area is perfect for large get togethers, entertaining, and keeping an eye on the kiddos.
