Summary: House was very clean, looks just like pictures, Owners did very well with responding when messages was sent. I checked in then went to grocery store came back and unpacked. The kids and I were very excited to get in the pool. After unpacking we headed to the pool. The pool was filled with gnats, and very dirty. Looked like the pool hasn't been cleaned the entire year. I contact the owner. For two days out of my four day stay I message the owner about the dirty pool and hundreds of gnats in the pool. Owner requested pictures I sent pictures. My sister and I dragged a towel through the pool for hours and collected a big amount of gnats out the pool. I was told someone was coming to clean the pool on the 3rd day out of our 4 days stay. They didn't come. We didn't use the pool the rest of our stay. I paid for the grill and couldn't use the grill wouldn't turn on. I contacted the owner to let them know. Owner said they would send someone over but I told them No at that point I was just ready to go and be done with the stay. Even with the amount of gnats it's almost impossible to take a picture of them gnats are very small. Pool needs cleaned out badly.
