Easy driving distance to all the attractions the Pikes Peak area has to offer. Relax in the comfortable air conditioned home after you return at the end of a day of adventures in our beautiful area. A fully stocked kitchen awaits you to use if you stay in, or there are an abundance of restaurants in the area a short drive from the house.
We are not able to accommodate any type of service animal at this location due to family members with severe allergies.

The master bedroom (with private bathroom), living room, kitchen, office area (with futon) and a second bathroom are all located on the main level. There are two steps into the main level from the walkway or the garage and an open floor plan on the main level. Summary: This property was perfect for our family of 5 to stay at while we attended a wedding in the area and did some site seeing. Jeff was an excellent communicator and was very accommodating. The house was very clean with a lot of space for everyone. We were traveling with our young adult children and they appreciated having their own living room space and bedrooms on the lower level for some added private space. Having 3 full bathrooms was a luxury. We didn't use the kitchen much but it was well stocked with everything you would need if you chose to use it. My SIL and BIL live only 6 minutes away so they are excited to have an option to have a place that people could stay that come to visit in the future after we had such a nice stay. It is well located near the highway but in a very quiet neighborhood so you have the best of both worlds.
