This 3,000 sq ft, 4 BR, 2.5 Bath family-friendly home with finished basement is located in the fastest-growing West Omaha suburb of Bennington, NE. Situated just a few blocks from both the Ackerhurst Barn & A View on State Street, it makes the perfect spot for wedding parties! There are also lots of things to keep kids entertained - backyard playground, bikes & scooters, corn hole, giant Jenga, ladder ball, tons of toys, books, and board games! This home has the feeling of country living, yet is close enough to all the amenities the city has to offer! Sleeps 10 comfortably in beds, but has room for up to 5 more when you include the sofa and multiple air mattresses we provide. An additional $50 housekeeping fee will be assessed if more than 10 guests.

*If you’re unfamiliar with Omaha, the West side is the more affluent, safe area to live (as opposed to North Omaha or Downtown, where there is more violence and crime). Trust me, it’s worth the drive!
With serene views of a corn field in the back, including a deck, patio set with seating for four, Webber grill, kids play set, & fully fenced in back yard, this home is perfect for entertaining both inside & out. It's in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, with a cul-de-sac on the end of the street. Perfect for a family reunion, wedding party, or just a weekend getaway!
This home has a spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed, including a Serta pillow-top mattress and Pottery Barn bedding. It also has a comfortable gliding chair, which is perfect for reading or rocking little ones to sleep. One step into the on-suite bathroom and you'll feel like you're in a luxury spa! It includes an oversized bathtub, separate shower, dual his & hers sinks with vanity in-between, and a private water closet. We also installed new tile floors in the spring of 2025. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed with pillow top mattress, and a pack n’ play in the closet. The third bedroom has a twin-size loft bed & twin size air mattress. It also has a large solid wood dresser, and a full-size vanity with lighted mirror. The fourth bedroom has a solid wood full-size bed, pillow-top mattress, & Pottery Barn Kids desk with hutch (all purchased in 2021). We also have a twin-size air mattress in the closet. The bedrooms are all upstairs, and there is also another full guest bathroom, and laundry room with front-load washer & dryer (new in 2024) for guest use.
The main floor has a spacious living room with new carpet in May 2019, a leather sectional, and a large wooden entertainment center, with a 55” flatscreen 4K Smart TV, Disney +, Hulu, Amazon Movies, & tons of board games.
The remainder of the first floor has hickory solid hardwood floors that were also installed in 2019.
The kitchen has everything you'll need to host a proper dinner party, including pots, pans, crock pot, skillet, blender, toaster, can opener, coffee pot, plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, glasses & silverware. It was remodeled in March 2022 to expand the island with seating for up to four, add a new stainless steel sink, Delta faucet & granite countertops with tile backsplash!!!
The adjoining dining room includes a solid wood table and chairs with seating for up to ten, and coordinating buffet with Pottery Barn dishes. In addition, there is also a half bath on the main floor.
The finished basement has a queen size sofa sleeper with matching love seat, and a 55" smart TV. New carpet in Nov 2025! There is also a kids play area downstairs with tons of toys, puzzles, and board games. The storage closet underneath the stairs contains two 8-foot long folding tables, as well as a card table and eight folding chairs - perfect for entertaining large parties!
This home also has a two car garage, and free WiFi. What more could you need? Just bring your suitcase and enjoy your stay!
Disclaimer: This is our primary residence, and the majority of what we earn from renting it is invested back into our home in terms of maintenance or remodeling projects. We take pride in keeping our home looking nice and neat. We do have kids however, so things inevitably get broken or stained from time to time. We do our best to repair or replace things in an expedient manner, but on occasion, there are things we’re unaware of. On the flip side, we don’t sweat the small stuff if your kids do the same while staying in our home! (That’s what insurance is for).
