Ski-in/ski-out access to family-friendly Granby Ranch including night skiing. Snow shoeing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing are all available. You are also only 15 minutes away from Winter Park Ski Resort and 1.5 hours from Steamboat Springs.
In the Summer you can take the chairlift right out the back door to miles of world-class mountain bike and hiking trails. Granby Ranch has a great 18-hole golf course and there are 2 other 18-hole courses within 10 miles. 20 minutes away is Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Grand Lake offers boating, fishing, swimming and is a great example of an unspoiled Colorado mountain town. Rocky Mountain National Park offers some of the most spectacular views in the country where you can hike the Continental Divide.
Just steps down the road is the Fraser River which offers miles of fly fishing.
The condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit that overlooks the Granby Ranch ski resort. There is a great deck to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening wine. We offer a stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook full meals and save money from eating out all the time. There is a gas fireplace, TV, and Blu-Ray/DVD player in the living room. High-speed WiFi is available in the unit. The master bedroom has a new (2020) king-size bed with a private 5-piece master bath. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit as well.

All renters staying at Granby Ranch must purchase a $ 10-day pass via credit card at the Ranch Hall to use the pool facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day.
