This is a Montgomery Wards kit home that was brought in by train. It is located on one of the oldest streets in town. You are 3 blocks from Main Street and only 5 from our beautiful city park were the popoagie river runs. This home is 3 levels with lots of stairs. On the top floor there are two bedrooms king size bed and a queen size bed with one full bath and a 1/2 bath. 4 can sleep on this level. The main level has 1 bedroom with a pull out couch. This is a full size and 2 people can sleep on this level. There is a 1/2 bath also. The basement has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom. There is also a Day bed off of the living room which can sleep 1. The basement sleeps 3. This house has beds for 9 total. The kitchen table has 8 chairs. And there are two living rooms. The basement living room has a surround sound for movie viewing. Nice large yard with a bbq grill and a 6 person hot tub. At times the wild life is in or around the yard.

Summary: Tara is a terrific host in a great neighborhood. The house was immaculate and nicely furnished. It is within walking distance to town and community park. The outdoor area included a fenced yard with nice grass lawn and plenty of patio seating. Tara made extra effort to make sure we were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Lander!
