Positive: The area was good. My kids loved the pool. The staff at the gate was very nice and kind. It was peaceful and clean. I would stay again when I'm in the area.

Negative: We were not allowed access to the gym. Also there should have been an elevator due to the fact that we had luggage. Also we could of hear every step upstairs early every morning.
