Situated in a nice, cozy, neighborhood with access to a pond with gazebo. Also, have access to the St. Johns river with private boat ramp. Not far from the Ocala National forest, and a short drive to the St. Augustine beaches!! One pet allowed in home with owner permission and $75 pet fee for the stay. An additional pet may be allowed but must be approved by owner and an additional fee will be charged. Please inquire first.
